Ridhi Ramchandran Nair, RP (Qualifying) in Ontario, supports individuals navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, cultural identity concerns, and feelings of disconnection or being stuck. Drawing from both clinical training and lived experience as a South Asian therapist, she offers a relational, culturally responsive approach that helps clients explore patterns, process past experiences, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel meaningful and practical.
Her work is informed by narrative therapy, attachment-based perspectives, trauma-informed care, and somatic awareness. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and brings nearly a decade of experience across community, medical, and private practice settings in India and Canada. She is committed to creating an affirming and inclusive space for diverse identities, including LGBTQIA2S+ communities.
